Optimal thoracic mobility can make a big difference in the comfort and efficiency on and off the bike.
Bike riding is not exactly conducive to a strong, upright standing posture and we need to do what we can to counteract the hours of being in the forward flexed position that is easy to fall into riding, typing, looking at the phone...you get the idea.
I might do a whole write up on this later but this fella's article has about all of it covered.
